Rango

Rango is so beautiful and easy to photograph! Pretty much all the pictures turn out insanely pretty! She's such a model! ;) If you want to see all the photos, you can check out the slideshow on our website.

Rango in pink

Here is a small update on Rango, enjoying life in pink :)

Chameleon Rango

Our beautiful veiled chameleon Rango got to come out in the sun for a while today :)

Veiled chameleon Rango

Today I realized exactly how much little veied chameleon Rango has grown! She was so tiny when we first got her in October last year. So adorable, and could only eat small flies... Now she eats grasshoppers!

This is what she looked like when we got her:

This is Rango today!:

She is as big as one of my hands!

Chameleon shedding

Miss Rango was shedding yesterday, looking as funny as she always does at that time. Okay, not as fnny as when she's shedding the skin on her face - that looks hilarious! But at least she looked like a punk-rocker in white.

and yes, that is my camera in the corner.

Veiled chameleon terrarium

Mads and I decided to rearrange Rango's (our female veiled chameleon) terrarium a bit, and remove the pots and instead plant everything in the bottom of the terrarium. Of course, Mads was the one to do all the work:

While getting the terrarium ready, we put Rango in the window, and she seemed to like it there ;)

We also planted grass in the dirt to cover it up, since Rango has a tendency of eating dirt. It will look awesome once the ground is covered! We don't even need to cut it, we'll just put some grasshoppers in the terrarium for Rango to eat, and while she's hunting them, they'll be "cutting" the grass for us! Great success!
