Leo baby hatching

I got pictures of Caramel's and Boss' baby hatching! Look at this cutiepie!

Here's a close-up.

Hope the baby takes after its mom! ;) She's a Giant double het Rainwater & Tremper albino... and possibly a Red stripe.

Baby news!

Two of the eggs have hatched! And out came two beautiful Wildtype het Blizzard babies! So tiny! xD

Baby 1:
Notice the dark spot on its hindleg - I hope it's there to stay!
Baby 1 was extremely calm and easy to handle. I already like her!

Baby 2:
Lighter spots on the head, will probably disappear with age though.
Baby 2 was scared, sqeaked, and tried to hide under all sorts of things (therefore I put her in a plastic box for a second to take pictures before I put her in her new home).

Btw, I do not know if they are really girls, lol.

How I tell them apart:
Baby 1 has 4 white stripes on her tail, while Baby 2 has 5. Baby 2 also have two white dots on her head, which Baby 1 does not have. Oh and of course their temperament will let me tell them apart. :P

First egg hatching!

The first egg of this year is hatching! It's all cracked and we expect the baby leopard gecko to "arrive" within a few hours! Awesomeness, can't wait to see it! It's a Mack snow x Blizzard (Nana is the mother and the Blizzard male we had is the father). :)

Attack of the leopard geckos!

I've been taking quite a lot of photos of the geckos lately (great success), but I'm too lazy to retouch or even crop them, sorry! I'll show you some fun photos of Midnight from when I gave her a bath later though. For now, here are some pictures of the ladies of the terrarium; Wendy, Chocolate, Banana and Midnight.

Lol they all tried to come out and play at the same time! My boyfriend had to help me.

Here are the pretty ladies on the 3rd floor of the terrarium ;) Looks like a band photo, haha

Morph plans

Next Saturday, Mads and I are going to Malmö for Tropikmässan (a reptile show in Sweden)! I am looking for a Raptor/Aptor for my upcoming breeding project! I'm so excited about it, even though it will take years! haha

New rack system

I haven't blogged in a long time!! Anyhow, I got a new leo rack yesterday. I will take pictures of it later, but it needs a paintjob. At least it was cheap! :)

Today I took a picture of the "twins" Midnight and Banana by the water - perfect timing!

Sunglow juvenile

I took some pictures of our juvenile Sunglow, Sundae today! She's so hard to photograph because she doesn't want to be still! And she's so curious, she even climbed my camera! lol At least I got a few good photos:

Sold: Caramel

Pretty little Caramel is now sold! She laid two eggs here, and at least one of them is fertilized, so we hope that we will have babies/a baby from her! When we first got her I was so sure she was a keeper because of her pretty looks, but getting the Super Giant (and a bunny soon!) it was for the best to sell her. You will be missed, Caramel!

News! Super Giant + eggs!

Here is our new male, Boss! He is a Super Giant Tremper albino (his parents are from Ron Tremper)! We were thinking he could be the new hubby for Chocolate. ;) Since I'm in Sweden right now, I haven't met him, but Mads says he's very calm and friendly! Can't wait to see him on Tuesday!

Taadaaaaah! We have eggs from both Nana and Caramel now! Exciting!

EGGS!

Nana (Mack snow) has finally laid her eggs! They are now in the incubator, marked with "N" so we know who the mother is when they hatch. The babies will be either Mack snow het Blizzard, or Wildtype het Blizzard... but the morphs you can create from the MS het Blizzard are way cool! I really want a Super snow Blizzard!
